Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rqwstr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rqwstr is an HTTP security testing toolkit distributed as a binary application with an accompanying web portal for account management, licensing, and configuration. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use rqwstr for authorized security testing. This means:

• Testing systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test
• Participating in authorized bug bounty programs
• Educational and research purposes on systems you control

You must not use rqwstr to:

• Attack systems without authorization
• Perform denial-of-service attacks
• Distribute malware or engage in any illegal activity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (monthly or annual). All prices are in USD.

• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No partial refunds for unused subscription time. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.
• Price changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.

6. License Keys

License keys are personal and non-transferable. Each key is tied to the account that generated it. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation.

7. Intellectual Property

The rqwstr software, website, documentation, and all associated content are the intellectual property of rqwstr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your subscription tier.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rqwstr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license keys will be revoked and access to paid features will cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
